We are seeking Paralegals, Litigation Executives and Solicitors for a well established, innovative insurance and risk specialist firm based in their Liverpool office. This is a superb opportunity to manage a caseload of Defendant litigated Fast Track matters.
The successful candidate will have the following key skills and attributes:
- At least 12 months Fast Track RTA litigation experience (non Portal)
- Working knowledge of the CPR
- Excellent litigation skills
- Defendant or Claimant background considered
- Ability to manage a caseload of litigated Fast Track matters
- Target driven with an ability to achieve the KPI's and SLA's set
- Excellent communication skills
- A true belief that the customer is at the heart of the matter
- An ability to work on own initiative as well as being part of a team
