My client is currently looking for a NQ - 3yrs PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Exeter office on a full time, permanent basis. The Commercial Property team are renowned locally for real estate development, self-invested pension schemes, retail franchising, healthcare and education and investment.
The department offers a full range of legal services across all asset classes for a wide range of clients, both in the private and public sectors, UK and international and are seeking a Solicitor to help grow and develop their offering. The successful candidate will have completed a training contract at a leading city or national practice and have experience of working with a diverse range of clients.
The Commercial Property team are an extremely busy and rapidly growing profitable team. Acting for a number of high profile developers as well as regional investment companies, FE Colleges and Local authorities this is a great opportunity to join the Firm.
Good general Commercial Property knowledge and experience is essential and, in particular, the ability to deal with large development projects.
You will be an excellent communicator with keen organisation and project management skills as well as the ability to work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines. You will be dedicated and enthusiastic and have the ability to work efficiently with a commitment to client care and business development.
