Contested Wills, Trusts and Estates Solicitor's Job in central Cardiff


Your new company
You will be joining a top 100 UK full service firm with over 40 Partners based in Cardiff and a London presence. This collegiate firm acts for individuals and businesses in both the private and public sector.

Your new role
You will be responsible for a caseload comprised of a wide range of contested wills, trust and estate work in a specialised team which continues to enhance its burgeoning reputation.

What you'll need to succeed
As well as technical expertise you will be expected to have gained business development skills as this is very much a client facing role. You will ideally be STEP and/or ACTAPS qualified but this is not a prerequisite. What is more important is that you are dedicated to contentious Private Client work or have accrued excellent non-contentious Private Client or litigation experience and can demonstrate a genuine commitment to this niche area. Should you have Court of Protection experience then this would be an added advantage.
