The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and client-focused Private Client Lawyer to join our clients’ highly-regarded department near Chesterfield. Becoming part of a growing team in this location, which includes a partner; the successful Lawyer will enjoy a high level of client contact from the outset combined with a diverse caseload encompassing all aspects of non-contentious Wills and Probate work including elderly client matters, deputyship applications, tax and estate planning and trust creation. The ideal Lawyer will be STEP qualified and possess excellent business development and client relationship-building skills.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3 – 5 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Private Client department.
You must have excellent technical and client care skills.
You will be highly organised with first class drafting skills.
STEP membership would be highly advantageous.
You will be passionate with an aptitude for business development.
