Locum Residential Property Solicitor

A high street practice in Hampshire, requires a locum Residential Property Lawyer to cover a period of holiday leave. The role is to commence in July and will last for approximately one week in duration.  

The successful candidate will need to have experience in handling a full residential property caseload without supervision and be able to handle the following matters:

• Freehold and leasehold,
• Acquisitions and disposals,
• Mortgages and re-mortgages,
• Transfers of equity,
• Leases and lease extensions,
• New builds, shared ownership and,
• Right to buy matters

The firm work with a case management system and there is secretarial support available too. The successful locum will be required to hit the ground running without the need for supervision.
