About the role
This directories rated Defendant Insurance team boast an impressive portfolio of clients including blue-chip, household insurers and intermediaries.
The team are a busy one and a broad workload is available including the following:
- Acting on all matters of contention arising out of employer, public, property and motor liability claims.
- Representing insurers on a broad range of personal injury work often dealing with very complex and high value claims working within the confines of strict SLA's.
- Supervision and support of more junior members of the team.
The team have an outstanding reputation, recognised in Chambers UK 2017 and the Legal 500 thus presenting the opportunity for the successful Defendant Insurance Solicitor to be exposed to high quality work of a complex nature.
About the person
The Defendant Insurance Solicitor will be a UK qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years experience of working within a Defendant Insurance firm. Candidates with less experience will be considered should they feel that they could perform the role.
