About the role
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be based in the firm's Birmingham office which is highly rated in the directories. The firm's national Real Estate team provide a complete range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of commercial property with an enviable client base in the private and public sector including developers, local authorities, academic establishments and healthcare providers.
The role is in the Commercial Property Development team with daily workflows including:
- Handling commercial and residential development files from cradle to grave
- Running your own caseload including complex high value deals
- Undertaking due diligence and reviewing appropriate searches
- Drafting Reports on Title and raising requisitions
- Responding to client queries in a timely manner
About the Commercial Property Solicitor
Given the nature of the work, you will be a UK qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with, as a guide, 2 years experienced gained in Real Estate matters. Residential or Commercial Property experience is desirable but not essential.
You will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and due to the large volume of work you must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. You will have sound drafting and negotiating skills and will thrive when working within a team on complex matters.
