The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our clients’ well-regarded practice in Nottingham. Working closely with one of the firms’ partners, the successful Solicitor will handle an interesting, diverse caseload consisting primarily of civil litigation matters to include: consumer issues; data protection and; contentious probate. Active participation in business development, building a client base and broadening expertise will form an essential part of the position. The ideal Solicitor will undertake advocacy where appropriate and engage in ADR methods.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with 5 years’ plus PQE gained within a well-regarded Dispute Resolution department.
You must have excellent technical skills with expertise across all aspects of civil litigation.
You will be client-focused with a high level of commercial awareness.
The ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally, attending and proactively assisting with business development activities are essential qualities.
You will be a confident advocate with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
