EL/PL Litigation Executive

We are seeking a paralegal, CILEX or Solicitor with experience of managing their own caseload of EL/PL Personal Injury cases to join this dynamic business based in Manchester.

Key skills for this role:

• At least 1- 3 years Employers and Public Liability experience
• Good working knowledge of the CPR and experience of running a litigated caseload
• Attention to detail along with a confident communicator who can communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in written form is essential
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to effectively prioritise and manage own workload
• An ability to hit, maintain and apply a consistent approach to all individual targets of financial performance, realisation rates, settlement rate
• Excellent billing history
• Working knowledge of Proclaim preferable but not essential
• Assume responsibility for quality control and benchmark compliance on own caseload, including accuracy and timeliness of management reporting and information is key.
• Thoroughly enjoys what they do!

Based in Manchester, the successful candidate will earn a competitive salary of up to £30,000 plus benefits.
