A leading international law firm is looking to hire a personable and hardworking Immigration Paralegal for their busy London office.
The Immigration Paralegal will be involved in all aspects of UK immigration, in a team renowned for their private client work.
The key duties will include:
- Liaising with clients on various aspects of their application
- Drafting Tier 1 and Tier 2 visa applications
- Extensive legal research on immigration matters and precedents
- Assisting with training on immigration specific topics to clients
The role would suit a law graduate, passionate about private client immigration. Previous immigration paralegal experience is paramount, as the candidate will be expected to advise on Tier 1 and 2 application, as well as prepare applications for EEA nationals. The candidate will also have excellent communication and drafting skills.
