Legal 200 practice seeks NQ Solicitor for leading Corporate Commercial team in Cambridgeshire.

The Role
We are now actively seeking a dedicated NQ Solicitor for a Legal 500 rated department in Cambridge. With previous experience of corporate and company commercial matters, the successful Solicitor will manage a mixed caseload under supervision, ensuring high-quality client care and service at all times. Areas may include: joint ventures; acquisitions and disposals of businesses and shares; corporate governance; advice on LLPs and partnerships; drafting and negotiating commercials contracts and; re-organisations.
Keen to play an active role in the continued development of the department and practice as a whole, the successful Solicitor will build and strengthen client relationships and play an active role in marketing and networking events and initiatives. The Candidate
You must be a Newly Qualified Solicitor with previous Corporate and Company Commercial experience;
You will be technically competent with good commercial acumen;
You will have outstanding communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be IT Literate;
You will have a keen eye for detail and a personable and pro-active approach to your work;
You will have a flair for networking and marketing.
