This really is an amazing opportunity for a private client associate with experience to come in and lead a team and take over an individual caseload which comfortably bills between £250,000 and £300,000 per annum. This is a regional practice with a number of offices and the firm have a Family feel close knit environment about it , where people stay for the long term and are valued for having the individual skillsets that they do possess.

In terms of this opportunity there is succession planning taking place which means there will be a tranche of work to inherit for a driven, committed and experienced private client fee earner.

You could be an exisiting partner, a partner designate, a senior associate or an associate level solicitor but what is imperative is that you have technical expertise in lasting powers of attorney and of deputyship matters, of court of protection matters and of complex issues.

You will be a head of department and you will have autonomy and the support of other partners who will back your ideas with regard to nurturing and building on the exceptional willsbank and reputation the firm has within the local community.

It is a roll your sleeves up environment and the beauty here is that fee earners from all backgrounds will be considered. you could be working for one of the leading firms in the city centre however you may feel you wish to be the main driver for a department instead of having to share decision making with others.

Salary can be negotiable. It could be a high basic with a lower bonus structure. it could be a lower basic salary with a very high bonus structure. There is much flexibility on offer here.
