LAW Absolute is currently seeking a hard-working Planning lawyer for an exciting new position within a local authority based in London.
This will be for an initial three month period with strong possibility of an extension.
The position requires the successful candidate to be able to work in a busy environment with little supervision. Duties will include, but will not be limited to the following:
- Negotiating and drafting complex agreements
- S106 agreements
- S278 agreements
- Representing the council at Committee
- Advising on CPO matters and
- Assisting with regeneration projects
If your application is successful you will be working within a very capable and experienced team. The current team is made up of candidates from both the public and private sector and therefore candidates with experience from both sectors are encouraged to apply.
