The Role:

Joining a busy and successful Private Client department, the main function of your role will be to assist on probate cases using the case management system.

The team regularly appears in the Legal 500 and Chambers directories and so you will take on high quality files.

There will also be the opportunity to take on some more complex matters and broaden your skills by assisting on wills and lasting powers of attorney.

The Candidate:

For this role, you must have experience of working in a Private Client department and must be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in this practice area.

Excellent communication skills are a necessity for this role with the ability to liaise confidently with clients from varied backgrounds.
