Construction Solicitor (Contentious)

A leading UK law firm is looking to appoint an experienced contentious Construction Solicitor to join their highly ranked and award winning Construction & Engineering team. The firm has a specialist team dedicated to construction disputes work and provide legal advice on a national scale to developers, contractors and housebuilders. Namely clients include, JLR, Manchester City FC, Everton FC alongside HSBC, RBS and Lloyds Banking Group, amongst others.

Not only does the team provide legal advice on UK construction, the lawyers are also renowned in supporting clients on an international level. The team has extensive experience in resolving disputes of all kinds through litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and negotiation.

The firm are looking to hire an Associate/Senior Associate/Legal Director to join their office in Birmingham. You will have at least 4 PQE and must be able to display a sound track record of working with a range of construction dispute matters. There is genuine progression opportunity to develop a career with the business. The team are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have strong business development skills and are able to build strong client relationships.
