Legal Counsel

A U.S headquartered finance business is looking to hire a legal counsel to join their international legal team in London.

Reporting into the legal director for the UK, this role will involve providing support across all business units with a focus on retail and consumer finance issues. Responsibilities will also include advising on FCA and consumer credit regulations as well as providing general corporate support. Advising on Pan European projects and liaising with international counsel may also be required.

Candidates will have strong private practice training and ideally retail finance experience in an in-house environment although those with general commercial experience will also be considered.
