My client is a well regarded law firm who are seeking to appoint a personal injury paralegal into their RTA portal team.

They are looking for an RTA paralegal with approximately 12 months experience managing a personal injury caseload using the MOJ portal stages 1-2. You will be accustomed to managing pre-litigated files from inception to completion using the MOJ portal. This is a firm set up by lawyers and legal professionals with experience acting for the insurance companies and working in national law firms and so they are commercially minded individuals who have establisjhed a claimant firm with a strong understanding of the defendant market. As an RTA paralegal you will be exposed to specialist motor and credit hire expertise from personal injury lawyers who can provide excellent training in litigation.

The successful personal injury, RTA paralegal will be initially managing pre litigated files before being trained with regards to litigation. This is a great opportunity for an RTA paralegal who is seeking the opportunity to develop litigation skills with great training from qualified personal injury solicitors.
