Corporate PSL

Corporate Professional Support Lawyer sought to join well established Corporate PSL team. This role requires extensive Corporate practice experience, likely to have been gained with a large City / international firm and to include public company, M&A and ECM transactions.

THE ROLE

Working as part of a respected Corporate PSL team, your role will include researching and writing a range of corporate law materials and ensuring that you keep up to date with corporate law and market developments. You will respond to questions from clients and will support the marketing team, networking with clients and potential clients and attending training events, conferences and talks. Full or part time. Some home working is possible for the right candidate.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a qualified lawyer 5PQE+ with strong academics and comprehensive current knowledge of corporate law and practice gained at a major law firm. Substantial transactional experience in public company M&A is required and experience of equity capital markets is highly desirable. Strong writing and communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills essential.
