The ideal Clinical Negligence Legal Executive will have a strong academic profile and will have minimum of 12 months experience within in a reputable commercial legal practice. You will also be able to demonstrate a commitment to developing your career as a defendant clinical negligence specialist. The team act for defendants on the full range of clinical negligence covering matters such as; claims arising out of birth injuries, misdiagnosis, injuries arising out of surgery and orthopaedic injuries.
