This global law firm is seeking to recruit a junior Employee Incentives lawyer to join their market-leading practice.
The team are in the midst of an exciting period of growth and advise on a wide range of quoted and unquoted companies on employee equity and cash bonus arrangements, mostly on the tax and transactional issues. Furthermore, the team also advises on other employee tax issues, including employee terminations.
