An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Patent Secretary to join a top tier Patents and Trade Marks firm in central London.

The successful Patent Secretary can look forward to supporting a Partner and Senior Associate in the firm’s life sciences department. The team focus on technologies across chemical and biological areas, and the Partner’s practice incorporates oppositions, appeals and infringement advice.

The team are very busy working on a number of international prosecutions, so they would love someone who can hit the ground running. The ideal Patent Secretary will therefore have some prior experience with European Patent Office (EPO) oppositions, appeals, preparing opposition files, managing fee earners’ deadlines and preparing correspondence.

It’s a friendly, supportive team so this Patent Secretary role would suit someone friendly, organised and flexible.
