A small but rapidly expanding International pharmaceutical company is looking to grow its legal team. This exciting business has a manufacturing presence across Europe and the US with distribution across the world.
Reporting directly into the General Counsel this position will cover a breadth of work across the business, perfectly suited for those who thrive in taking up new challenges quickly and enjoy having exposure to all areas of the business including engaging with senior stakeholders. Offering significant career growth potential for moving up in the business, this opportunity requires an ambitious mindset.
Breadth of work...
- 40% Commercial, drafting and negotiating contracts, licensing, distribution, IP
- 30% Corporate, multinational high value M&A
- 30% all other business legal issues e.g. employment, property, corporate governance
If you are commercially minded and able to tackle multiple areas of legal risk across a business then we are interested in hearing from you. Ideally 3-7 PQE and with strong training you will have either good In-House experience or strong secondment exposure during a private practice career. Pharmaceutical experience is a benefit but by no means essential.
