Senior Graduate Recruitment Advisor

An international law firm are currently recruiting a new Senior Graduate Recruitment Officer due to exciting internal mobility. Reporting into a Head of and having line management responsibility, this person will have autonomy across all aspects of the trainee recruitment lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Attending campus events and facilitating assessment centres;
• Implementing further aspects to the graduate attraction strategy;
• Coordinating with partners regarding interviews;
• Acting as first point of contact for queries from trainees;
• Managing seat moves and the appraisal process.

To be considered for this role, it is crucial that you have experienced the full graduate recruitment lifecycle in your firm. Ideally you will be coming from another law firm although wider professional services will also be considered.
