I am working exclusively with a law firm who are looking to hire a Senior Advisor/Junior Business Partner into their London HR team.
This person would be joining a well-established team and would be responsible for both the London office, as well as wider European offices. The team have an L&D Specialist but this role would require someone who is looking for a generalist role, in its truest sense. You would be exposed to recruitment, ER, HRIS, reward so someone who wants to get involved in as many aspects as possible is desired.
To be considered for this role, you should currently be operating at Advisor/Generalist level and be looking for a step up to allow more exposure to projects and autonomy. You must have legal HR experience. Unfortunately your application will be rejected if you do not possess this.
