I am currently sourcing a Residential Property locum for my client in Tyne & Wear for a long-term locum whilst they recruit permanently. The firm is a repeat client of Badenoch & Clark's and they maintain a friendly disposition. Ideally, you will be available from mid-July on an on-going basis. Remuneration likely between £25-30 per hour (potentially more for the right candidate).You experience should include:
o Dealing with a full residential property caseload from inception through to completion
o Sales
o Purchases
o New-build
o Re-mortgages
o Transfers of Equity (Freehold and Leasehold)
