Property Paralegal:
We are currently working with a boutique property practice based in Central London, who are looking to take on an experienced Property Paralegal on an interim basis.
You will be assisting on a mixture of commercial property and residential property matters and your responsibilities will include the following:
- Management of client property portfolios
- Assisting with residential conveyancing matters
- Liaising with clients
- Conducting legal research
- Assisting with any ad-hoc administrative duties
A suitable applicant will have strong academics (minimum of a 2:1 int the LLB and a Commendation in the LPC) and have upwards of six months experience working as a Property Paralegal at a leading city or regional firm.
