Our Client is looking for an ambitious Court of Protection solicitor to join its established team in Huddersfield. The ideal candidate will ideally have had prior experience of advising clients on such areas as wills, trusts, probate and welfare matters. Crucially, the ideal candidate will be very comfortable handling a full Court of Protection caseload and have the experience to act with relative autonomy and independence.

The work on offer is of a high standard and the successful candidate will have ideally practiced at a niche, local Private Client practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious paralegal to gain some good experience in an excellent, national firm and also enhance his/her chances of career progression.
