Wills & Probate Solicitor - West Yorkshire

A Senior Wills, Trust and probate Solicitor is required to join a well established legal practice in Mansfield offering quality services to local businesses and individuals.

The role will incorporate all aspects of Wills & Probate work. You will offer advice and conduct the appropriate drafting of Wills for a variety of clients and act for Personal Representatives in probate matters. You will also be experienced in dealing with elderly client work and also deal with LPA's and trust work. You will have a very supportive team to assist you.

We are looking for a Solicitor, ideally with a minimum of 4 years plus PQE with excellent private client experience. STEP or SFE membership would be an advantage but you must be ambitious, proactive and have excellent communication skills.
