Associate Director Knowledge Development Lawyer - Real Estate

Rare opportunity to join a large international law firm at Director Level to manage the KM function within the Real Estate department.

You will be accountable for effective legal knowledge transfer within international practice group through training, deal debriefs, key precedents/checklists and development of easily access reference materials, including where necessary allocating certain tasks to partners, associates,
trainees, junior KDLs and paralegals.

The successful applicant will develop innovative ways of using knowledge to enhance the firms RE brand, develop existing and potential client relationships and identify new business generation opportunities, based on a deep understanding of the international RE sector and practice's focus clients. They will work closely with the group partners and BD, design and support client facing knowledge transfer initiatives (training/updates/articles), including interacting directly with clients where appropriate.

Ideal candidate will be atleast 6 PQE, experience as senior Real Estate KDL or PSL, experience of training (internal and client facing), experience of managing and leading people and projects in some capacity and familiarity with knowledge systems, including intranet and other knowledge sharing platforms.
