Well established, CQS accredited firm offering competitive salary, seeks a Conveyancer with the ability to progress matters autonomously and provide excellent client care. This is an opportunity to handle high quality work with first class support in a friendly and progressive firm.

Role Description
The successful applicant will handle a caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction to completion with full secretarial support. The caseload will consist of high value property transactions and the focus will be on quality of client care rather than volume of completions.

Candidate Specification
In order to be considered for this position you must be comfortable handling a conveyancing caseload autonomously. Applications will be considered from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and unqualified Fee Earners with the requisite skills and experience.

Remuneration
The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent on experience and expected to be in the region of £30,000 to £45,000. Each applicant will be considered on their own merits and candidates with higher salary expectations are invited to apply to discuss their requirements.
