My client is an award winning leading Criminal Defence Practices based in the Manchester area. The are a specialist law firm who are now looking to further expand their already established team by recruiting for a Criminal Defence Solicitor with Duty registration.
The Role,
To manage a caseload of various Criminal Defence matters as well as adhering to the Duty Rota both in and out of hours. The types of files you will encounter will include but not limited to;
- Serious Crime
- Assault
- GBH
- Drug Offences
- Robbery
- Business Crime
- Fraud
- White Collar Crime
- Motoring Offences
- General Criminal Matters
The Candidate,
You will be a minimum of 2 years PQE and will be Duty Registered, it would be beneficial if you held the HCA qualification but this is not essential.
