Our client is a niche law firm set up by ex-partners of national top tier firms, they specialise within commercial and are currently looking to recruit a Locum Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join their real estate team on an ongoing locum basis. Due to the nature of this role, the Locum Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor will be offered the rare opportunity to work from home.

The firm needs an extra pair of hands which are will and able to take on a caseload of matters which will include: building contracts, bespoke agreements, finance and warranties. The ideal candidate will be able to assist with a variety of transactions and will have the confident and technical ability to deal with matters at any point in the file. Working from home, you will dial into the firms systems and have access to their support team.

Applications ideally will be from Legal 500 up or come from a similar niche firm. You should have experience dealing with national commercial brands and be able to handle a high net worth transactions from instruction through to completion.
