Regulatory Reform Lawyer - Vice President

Sitting within the Regulatory Reform legal team, the role will involve supporting all aspects of regulatory driven projects being implemented by the firm as well as getting involved in advocacy efforts for new and proposed rules. Key pieces of regulation include MiFID II/MiFIR, margin rules for uncleared derivatives and the Volcker Rule.

They are looking for a lawyer with a strong grounding in either securities or derivatives law and regulation.
