Lawyer - Global Prime Finance

Your new company
A global financial services and banking group who offer financial products and services for corporate and institutional clients along with private and business clients, is looking to engage a lawyer to work within its Global Prime Finance Legal team. This is a contract for services role and would be offered on an initial 6 month basis with scope to be renewed thereafter.

Your new role
You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating complex master documentation including prime brokerage agreements, ISDA Master Agreements, master confirmations, listed futures and options agreements and related prime brokerage documentation .You will be required to undertake due diligence on counterparties and assessing whether their master agreements are eligible for regulatory netting.

What you'll need to succeed
With demonstrable experience in negotiating prime brokerage/finance agreements, you will have experience of working within a similar role within the financial services sector and be confident in working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. We are interested in hearing from candidates who are both qualified lawyers as well as individuals who have developed strong expertise whilst working within a similar role
