In-House Regulatory Role - Switzerland (FMCG)

Senior Counsel - Regulatory - FMCG - Switzerland 

Our client is an international FMCG company based in Switzerland.  They are  dynamic market leaders, creating new consumer products for diverse international markets.  

This is senior legal role for an international lawyer to  support the R&D function within the business with a particular emphasis on product assessment, scientific substantiation and advising on regulatory developments.  You will be a key part of the R&D team, advising management to support business strategy and objectives.  You will be closely involved with  product development and will advise & negotiate a wide variety agreements.

We are seeking to hire a lawyer with at least 5 years' experience who has substantial regulatory experience, ideally having advised life science or FMCG sector clients.  This is a highly commercial role supporting a world class  R& D team.  The ideal candidate will have a science related degree and and proven expertise of having dealt with and advised on legal activities in relation to regulatory, pharmaceutical and R&D matters.  You may be either civil or common law qualified lawyer so long as you can demonstrate a strong track record of relevant international work.

There is a really attractive salary package on offer which will include a high base salary and participation in the company's bonus schemes.  Full re-location is on offer.
