Head of Legal

Exciting opportunity for a Head of Legal to join this rapidly growing, entrepreneurial business based in the West Midlands.

Our client has enjoyed a period of rapid expansion over recent years and is now looking to recruit an experienced Head of Legal to ensure this growth continues. The successful candidate will have gained significant experience in an in-house legal role and be comfortable with working with an executive team as well as managing a small legal team.

The role itself is diverse and you will have exposure to a broad range of legal issues. There will be a particular focus on commercial property matters, commercial contracts and corporate/M&A. On this basis, individuals with in-depth experience of any of these background will be considered for the position.

This is a proactive role in a private equity backed business which operates in a highly profitable sector. This role will suit ambitious lawyers looking for a challenging role within a small legal team. Ideally, you will have gained at least 5 years experience working in-house or in a leading law firm.
