Regional General Counsel

LAW Absolute is delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with a UK listed organisation based in Scotland who are looking for a Regional General Counsel to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a hugely operational and strategic legal role with daily exposure to the Board and senior Directors.     

Manging a team you will be responsible for all corporate and commercial legal transactions across 5 international jurisdictions. To be considered for the role you will need to have extensive M&A  experience as well as broad general commercial experience. You will also be accountable for managing the legal budget, advising on strategic decisions and building relationships with key stakeholders.  International travel is also required.
