I am currently representing a leading software company who are seeking to hire a commercial lawyer on a 12 month contract.
The role will entail supporting the business on a wide range of areas, with commercial contracts at the core. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating IT contracts, supply agreements and engagement contracts, plus advising on corporate and intellectual property matters. You will work closely with the Head of Legal to form excellent working relationships with key commercial stakeholders.
The position would be well suited to a lawyer of 1-2 PQE with a background in commercial contracts and IT law, who is keen to develop the breadth of their experience and take on a high level of responsibility.
