Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR Manager who has at least 5 years' experience in a City law firm at Manager level to move to this outstandingly successful US law firm and develop their career.
Reporting directly to the Director of Administration, you will head up the entire HR function covering all aspects including the following:-
§ Provide guidance to attorneys and staff on employee relations and performance management issues (e.g., coaching, discipline, termination);
§ Support and administer the Firm’s initiatives and operations at the local level, such as: staff training & development programs, performance assessments, recruiting and onboarding processes and leave of absence;
§ Assist with annual salary reviews and compensation adjustments for staff in conjunction with Human Resources and the Director of Business Operations;
§ Manage all London office benefits administration and renewals, including medical insurance, travel insurance and gym membership;
§ Manage the job performance of the Human Resources Administrative staff, including overseeing work assignments and providing training as needed; and
§ Handle additional related projects as assigned.
Candidates should be CIPD qualified, degree educated and an excellent team player.
