Due to rapid expansion, they are now recruiting a professional and competent Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their flourishing team. They cover a vast range of legal disciplines and now have a large Residential Conveyancing Department staffed with highly professional individuals. THE ROLE
The successful Fee Earner will take on a varied caseload covering a wide range of Residential Property matters from instruction to post completion. Duties for the role include generating fees; sales and purchase transactions; re-mortgages; buy to let; conducting searches and exchanging contracts. Additionally, you will also be responsible for managing a Legal Secretary and Legal Assistant within the Residential Conveyancing Department and build long lasting relationships with clients locally and further afield. THE CANDIDATE
You must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Paralegal or Licensed Conveyancer with a strong background in Residential Conveyancing.
You should have experience working in a residential department within a well-established law firm.
You will be highly organised, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
You will be IT Literate with impeccable attention to detail.
You will be personable with both excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will be able to build relationships with clients and will be commercially aware.
You will be self-motivated and extremely client focused.
