This is a leading Legal 500 law firm who are growing rapidly with solid plans for expansion. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a new team and establish yourself and the department as market leaders. You will play a key role and receive a highly competitive remuneration package.

Your new role
You will provide a high quality, efficient legal service, undertaking all aspects of residential conveyancing work. You will handle a full caseload of registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold matters in respect of sales, purchases, re-mortgages or transfers of equity. Ideally you will enjoy getting involved in marketing and business development opportunities and proactively building relationships.

What you will need to succeed
A highly motivated lawyer, ideally with experience of managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files. You will be qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer however applications from candidates with qualifying experience are warmly encouraged. In return, the firm can offer an existing caseload to work on, strong support and the opportunity to grow and develop your career.
