Our client is the oldest law firm in Worcester.
Role
They are looking to appoint a Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney adviser. You will have your own caseload and produce documentation for Clients on a day to day basis.
Key tasks include:
- Undertake certain elements of fee earning work, under supervision in particular:
- File creation
- Generation of suitable client care correspondence
- Drafting Wills and other associated documentation
- Completing forms and documents for the preparation of LPSs.
- Deal wherever with routine client enquiries and communications
Candidate Profile and experience:
- May be qualified or part qualified in Wills, Probate and Elderly Client Law
- Experience of producing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Potentially studying to obtain the STEP qualification
- Effective communicator and good client facing skills
- Efficient and well organised
- Good IT skills
