An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mid-Level Procurement Lawyer to join a leading Saudi Arabian manufacturing company, based in Jubail. The company is a global leader in petrochemical products, manufacturing on an international scale.
As the Mid-Level Procurement Lawyer, you will be joining a well-established international legal department, advising the company on a broad range of transactions ranging from procurement matters to EPC projects. You will be managing litigation matters, internal investigations and assuming responsibilities of the company's compliance policies.
Essential Skills / Requirements
- Must have between 5-7PQE
- Ideally be Common Law qualified
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience with a major law firm
- In-house experience working on commercial projects
- Must have experience in compliance, contentious and non-contentious matters
- Previous experience in the Middle East would be preferred
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
