Litigation Solicitor

Are you looking for a sightly different litigation solicitor role based in Exeter? If you are then lok no further, as my client represents a large organisation and handle all litigated matters (and some non-contentious work) for its members. 

This reputed firm are now searching for a litigation solicitor to join them in the Exeter branch. 

Largely the matters involve property litigation, but also sale and purchase of commercial land, planning applications (contentious and non contentious) environmental litigation and occasional conveyancing.  

Your caseload will be wide ranging and broad! 

General litigators (solicitors or legal executives) with at least 2 years experience are encouraged to apply, although having property litigation & conveyancing experience will be an advantage. 

What is unique about this role is that there is no need to do any business development or marketing!

The department are very busy already and have a constant and steady stream of enquiries! This vacancy may however suit a litigation solicitor who enjoys both giving advice face to face and over the phone.
