Company Commercial Solicitor

Rare opportunity to advise on company and commercial matters in this reputed and established Plymouth firm. 

This firm advise mainly local clients, but also national and international firms. They are very busy and keen to appoint a junior solicitor into the team. Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience. 

Working within this small department (which sits within a much larger commercial team), you will gain excellent client exposure from day one. You will team up with other, more experienced lawyers, and attend business development and networking events together. Therefore it is important that you will be a well presented individual with commercial ability. 

Your caseload will be broad to include all company matters including commercial agreements, business reconstructions, sales, mergers and acquisitions. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior company commercial solicitor to really get involved in a thriving department and make an excellent name for yourself, with the full support of the team and firm.
