Established and reputable law firm in Buckinghamshire are seeking a Company and Commercial Solicitor on a permanent basis to join their fantastic team.
This exceptional law firm have a keen focus on building long lasting relationships with their clients, and are seeking to recruit an additional valuable member of staff who specialise in Company & Commercial Law handling all matters including:
- Commercial contracts of all types
- Corporate governance
- Shareholders/partnership/LLP agreements
- Succession planning
- Intellectual property
- LLP advice
- Marketing, agency and distribution agreements
The ideal candidate needs to be a qualified solicitor and ideally 10 years+ PQE.
