Commercial Property Locum (long term) – Suffolk – August start
A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading regional law firm based in Suffolk. Our client is looking for someone to start in August to cover a fee-earner on maternity leave.
The role
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of commercial property work, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, development and investment, leases and lease renewals, licenses, borrowing and secured lending and corporate support.

Our client is a Legal 500 practice with an excellent reputation across the UK. The firm offers a modern, open plan environment and has a relaxed atmosphere.
The successful applicant
Applications are being accepted from qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives who ideally have 3 - 4 years PQE. The successful candidate will need to be IT proficient and have experience in using a case management system. Secretarial support will be provided.
Applications are still being accepted fro candidates who are looking for a shorter term locum assignment.
Rate is negotiable, based on experience / PQE.
