PARALEGAL (LPC GRADUATE), GLOBAL MEDIA OUTLET
WEST LONDON
A media outlet headquartered in London is looking to hire a paralegal to join its growing legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will assist the team with an extremely varied workload. You will draft a range of commercial contracts including production and distribution agreements and you will also be exposed to some corporate (eg. Companies House) work.
To be considered for the role you must be a legal graduate with excellent academics (including 2.1 LLB) You must have also completed the LPC. You will have some paralegal experience gained in a leading UK law firm or reputable in-house legal team. The current team consists of three paralegals, one of whom has been offered a training contract to commence with the same business in September. You will be exposed to work appropriate for a trainee solicitor from an early stage.
Experience in, or knowledge of, the media industry is desirable but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal to gain valuable, broad and high quality experience in a well-regarded in-house legal team.
