Family Solicitor

My client is a well established Law Firm with offices throughout the South East and London.

They are now looking to recruit for a Family Solicitor/Legal Executive for each of their offices in Caversham, Windsor, Haywards Heath and Tunbridge Wells.

Role 

You will have circa 5+ years in handling a variety of family matters. Covering the full range of family law you will possess the ability to come in and hit the ground running with a challenging and broad workload. The caseload will be broad and exciting and will include; Divorce, Financial remedy, Child arrangements, Pre-nuptial, cohabitation, and separation agreements.

Candidate Profile and experience:

The ideal candidates will have strong technical skills and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of involvement in networking and business development. As an experienced family lawyer, with an excellent reputation you are also likely to have strong contacts from which you can generate work. 

To be considered for this role you must have a strong academic track record/training back ground, and demonstrate the ability to deal with a varied caseload of privately funded family matters including pre and post nuptial agreements; cases with a business and/or international aspect; children law and cohabitation.
