Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit a Credit Hire Fee Earner to join the team in Preston. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven civil litigation experience to join a top tier law firm with offices around the UK.
You must have proven experience handling a case load of credit hire and debt recovery cases from the issue of proceedings to enforcement or appeal as required. As a Credit Hire Fee Earner, you will manage your own caseload of litigated files, obtaining and reviewing evidence. You will be able to work effectively when working under pressure to deliver results.
As a Credit Hire Fee Earner, your responsibilities will include:
• Managing litigated files efficiently and effectively
• Drafting documents
• Negotiating settlements
• Dealing with third party insurers
• Acting in accordance with the requirements of the Civil Procedure Rules and the Pre-Action Conduct Protocol
